The window view was spectacular and the atmosphere is so beautiful, The staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast terrace was my favourite.
Also good location close to all attractions in old tblisi

The location was really close to sights but still nicely tucked away from the crowds! The room was clean and nice size.
You could hear people talking in the reception and hanging are next to the door. Otherwise it was peaceful and luckily quiet during night.

1. good location and all within short walking distance - very near to Metro Bus Station and major attractions
2. Good view - city view and mountain surroundings
3. Super friendly host (Tamara and her daughter Liza) - true Georgian hospitality

Location is good. Most of the attractions are in walking distance
Breakfast was good
No supply of bed coffee or tea. No water bottles even on day one
When asked I was told that I can buy it outside. water clogging in bath area.
