Compact, but it delivers exactly where it counts. Located right in front of Avlabari metro station, ideal base for navigating Tbilisi with ease and for those travelling onward by van to Yerevan, like me, the convenience is simply unbeatable, with departure points virtually on the doorstep.
The room is snug but well-appointed and feels refreshingly new. Clean, quiet, and free of unnecessary fuss.
There is something genuinely boutique about the experience here. It has a calm, understated character that sets it apart from busier, more anonymous lodgings.
For solo travellers like me, it strikes a lovely balance: practical, peaceful, and positioned perfectly for both the metro and onward travel. Absolutely recommended.

Recommend this hotel for good central location which is next to Avlabari Metro Station. Staffs speaks English and very cooperative. TV was not working, No microwave in the room, but we can give food to their pantry staff

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nina, which made us feel right at home.
Throughout our stay, Demi was incredibly friendly and always happy to answer our questions — we truly appreciated the kindness.
A special thanks to Dima, who was exceptionally professional and consistently ensured everything was okay with our room and our overall experience. Kudos to the management for hiring such a talented and dedicated gentleman.

The bfast was extremely limited .Very very difficult for a veg Indian traveller..There is no indian restaurant nearby..u have to go 1km by taxi (5 GEL) one way to Maidaan bazaar where all the Indian restaurant are there...Room was good..The staff didn't change the bedsheet...When they should have..Good place to stay..if u don't need Indian food ..Good place to survive
