It perfect when you want to have a calm and relaxing time

It is a very nice and quite remote hideaway with beautifully large French windows and a kitchen directly going on the large terrace overlooking The Valley. The place is furnished in a quite nicely atmospheric style and it’s gigantic - that might take you a day to get it to life

The bathroom is rather small and uncomfortable but okay. The place is a bit away from the towncenter but on the other hand that’s why it’s nice and quiet

Nicht für Jeden geeignet und überteuert

Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne grosse Terasse und man hat einen schönen Blick in die Wälder. Meist ist es dort ruhig. Ab und zu bellt der Hund der Vermieter, die unterhalb der Wohnung leben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprechen sehr gut Englisch. In der Wohnung hat man sehr viel Platz. Die Betten waren gut. Allerdings gibt es nur für Kinder ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Stockbetten. Das Metall-Doppelbett für Erwachsene befindet sich offen im Wohn/Essbereich. Das Wlan ist sehr gut. Von Deiva Marina kann man viele Ortschaften schnell und günstig mit dem Zug erreichen. Im Ort findet man viele Restaurants. Der Strand ist sauber.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekomnen mit Mobiliar aus den 70er Jahren. Es muss alles dringend saniert und renoviert werden, insbesondere das Bad und die Küche. Das Bad ist viel zu klein und so Gästen nicht zumutbar. Die Toilette befindet sich wie die Dusche auf einem Podest. Auf der Toilette sitzend hat man die Füsse in der Dusche. Duschen ist kaum möglich, da der Duschvorhang ständig während des Duschens am Körper klebt. Für ältere oder beleibtere Menschen ist das Bad kaum zu nutzen. Der Wasserdruck ist auch schwach. Die Küche ist nur spärlich ausgestattet. Toaster und vor allem Kaffeemaschine fehlen. Noch nicht einmal ein Kaffefilteraufsatz ist vorhanden, um selber Kaffee zu brühen. Mückennetze fehlen an Türen und Fenster. So findet man neben Mücken noch einige harmlose Tiere in der Wohnung wie Eidechsen, Stinkwanzen und Spinnen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist feucht und es riecht leicht muffig. Das liegt u.a. auch an den vielen sehr alten und vergilbten Büchern mit Stockflecken in der Wohnung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung stark renovierungsbedürftig und nicht für Jeden geeignet. Man sollte schon schlank und sportlich sein, um hier zu wohnen und die oben genannten Punkte sollten einen nicht stören. Es führen mehrere steile Treppen zur Wohnung. Daher ist die Wohnung nichts für gehbehinderte Menschen oder Menschen mit kleinen Kindern und Kinderwagen. Die Autozufahrt zur Wohnung ist auch sehr eng, so dass man mit einem grossen Auto Schwierigkeiten hat, hier hochzufahren. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung deutlich überteuert.

Krappe verouderde badkamer, met wc vast naast douche. Slaapgedeelte in woonkamer kan niet afgescheiden worden (bijv een gordijn ervoor)
