Loved it. I enjoyed Porec. Better than staying out of town, everything is on your door step!

Location is superb and the staff we wonderful And helpful, never far away!!!

It’s quaint, tidy and well Located. The car arrangements for parking etc are an absolute bonus! So very very good!

the host is great! always in touch with guests;)we have come in Christmas and the apartments were decorated great! location is in the most centre. equipped with all necessary things. parking is free and it’s close to the apartments

Beautifully decorated and clean apartment, fully equipped and functional. Perfect location in the town center with everything nearby (stores, restaurants, etc). We loved that the owners took care of our car (reserved us a parking lot without extra charges).

Perfect stay

The location of property is 10/10, in the city center. The stuff is so friendly and willing to help about anything, also the parking was free and near the property. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Great!

Great Appartement, with everything you need for a holiday. In the middle of the city, walk to the sea is about 2 minutes, to shops and restaurant just a few secondes. Really nice owner who is very very helpful. Thank you very much- if we go again to Porec we would stay here again.

Apartmant is in strict center, owner provided parking for car (2 min on foot from aapartment), new kitchen, wifi is good

Couch was criminaly bad, directions were unclear, a/c is semi-working and sound isolation is poor. Pictures are old, furniture looks new on them but in reality it is on the end of its lifetime, no shampoo of any kind. Owner states a lot of services that dont exist in object like 0-24 reception, restaurant..

Lokalita a velikost ubytování super, zbytek spíše průměrný

- super lokalita, přímo v centru města - veliký byt, dostatečný prostor - klimatizace (v obývacím pokoji i v ložnici) - přijemný hostitel/hostitelka

- zanedbaná čistota (bylo by potřeba byt lépe vyčistit) - v bytě byl cítit zápach jako po cigaretovém kouři (+ zatuchlý zápach na schodech - je potřeba vyvětrat) - cenově velmi drahé (price to value nebylo dobré) - parking je sice zařízený, ale poměrně daleko od ubytování (na to je potřeba dát pozor) - zámky, které jsou problematické (dají se velmi jednoduše vyměnit, nejsme první, kdo s tím měl problém)
