The room itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed.
Breakfast was good, but it could use a bit more variety to make it more interesting for longer stays.
We stayed in room number 1 on the ground floor, directly across from the reception. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the location of the room — it felt a bit noisy and lacked privacy, especially since it was off-season and there were hardly any other guests.

Well-set up for travelers, we were even able to have breakfast during the wee hours before an early morning flight. The owner was very helpful.

Everything spectacular! This is probably one of the best B&Bs we had in Italy (we visited 40+ cities). Everything you need to stay comfortable during holidays.
The location is really good, 5min from the city center, 10min from the airport.
It has private parking in the garden, so the trees offer shadow for the car.
The breakfast is pretty complete too. A selection of sweet pastries (all homemade - the chocolate croissant is delicious!), different types of breads, fruits, juices and coffee.
The minifridge in the room is big enough to fit 4 big water bottles + ham, cheese etc.
Cinzia (the host) is very nice and friendly. She can give you recommendations and loan beach mats and umbrellas.
I would definitely come back!
Maybe just one small thing: the bed is made of wood, so when you move at night it makes some noise, but that’s all.
