We visited in the in-between season. Hot days, cooler nights. All that is needed is a sheet to cover yourself at night. It would have been great to have a top sheet on the bed. Recently have visited a number of BnB's and some do it and some don't. An interesting thing to check up on if this worries you.

Location excellent. Host Debbie was friendly and helpful.
Seems a misunderstanding about the state of renovations. I had requested the room as per her main pic which showed a door onto the patio. This apparently is a room for smokers. Also seemed to be misleading. The furniture was limited and cramped and the bathroom was quite old. Shower platform dangerous - but we have spoken with Debbie about all of this. All agreed between us.
