Amazing staff, great food and perfect location for skiers.
From Mrs. Isabella at reception to every other employee, everybody was very welcoming, friendly and sympathetic. The atmosphere was so positive and relaxed like they never had a bad day in their lives. We were positively surprised by the food quality too. Wide variety of healthy food were available for breakfast, and dinners were at the level of fine dining restaurants. Location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts as it is only few meters away from the track and 150 m from the ski lift.

It was lovely
Breakfast was lovely, and people serving were very kind. We came by train and hosts were extremely helpful when one of us had to be taken to hospital and drove me there. They also took the bother to fetch medicines on an other day. Great you can ski home!
The dinner was too salty. The Andy Schirnbar!!!! A building of which the architecture was not fitting in with traditional chalets around, with garish signs, a rude waiter and producing the most horrible and too loud music all day long. With windows open in our chalet you could still hear it. No music, especially in the alps is something to be considered. Or at least at a lower volume.
