The building is a bit confusing before I found the entrance. Check out at 10.00

Really nice place to stay and we really enjoyed the location.

Spacious, most amentities we needed were provided. Nice balcony.

Pillows and bed were not the most comfortable. A lamp next to the bed would help my eyes as I found the main light above the bed too bright in bed.

Good

Location is fine, facilities are fine, there is a nice view from both balconies. Location is adequate for a walk to the city center. Host was very pleasant and helpful.

The apartment is not adequate for the whole family. One queen-size bed and a narrow, very uncomfortable sofa are OK for one sleepover, but hard to imagine someone would enjoy using it for a week or more. Not to blame the host, but we were followed by several wild boars that we encountered on the parking lot of the apartment, and then in the direction of the town. Expected more for the price.

Very pleasant stay in Rovinj

Very nice and clean apartment. Good working air condition. Everything is new. Lots of space to park a car. Apartment is about 15-20 minutes walk from old town center. We never used car to go for dinner. Good contact with owner. Everything ok. Recommend this place for vacation in Rovinj.

Had a nice a stay, everything went smoothly.

There are several apartments in this residence, so the spotlight pictures from this residence may not be from the specific apartment you are going to have. If you are choosing the place just according the spotlight fotos you may get dissapointed. I didn´t mind that, but for someone it might be an issue. Still everything was neat and smooth.

Very spacious and comfort apartment with beatiful view! 10 minutes walking from center, old town, bars and restaurants. Has all you need for your vacation. Very kind and friendly host.

Clean, nice and cozy apartment, great location (10 min to beach by walking, 15 min to city center by walking). Shopping possibilities are also provided in the near. Manager always in contact and provides immediate support if needed.

Storage furniture in bathroom could be approved. Besides that the apartment is perfect.

Alles schön modern eingerichtet Sauber Vermieter super freundlich und Kontakt war auch bequem über E-Mail bzw. WhatsApp! Lage Top, Stadtzentrum in 20min zu Fuß erreichbar, Kaufland 10min zu Fuß

Der Fernseher ist etwas ungünstig angebracht, um aus dem Bett TV zu gucken. Aber wir haben den Fernseher gar nicht gebraucht!

Saubere funktionale Wohnung mit fußläufiger Entfernung zum historischen Ort.

Die Wohnung ist sehr funktional eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen ist sie aber gut geeignet und hat einen schönen Balkon.

Ein bisschen mehr Gemütlichkeit wäre schön, zB durch eine ergänzende Stehlampe o. ä. Auch eine Mikrowelle wäre sinnvoll.
