Beds were too firm for our comfort, but ample parking available about 15 minutes walk into Rovinj.

The apartment is about 10 minutes walk to one small beach or a cafe and half an hour into the town or pretty harbour of Rovinj.
Lounge is decent size but one bedroom was very cramped and the shower unit wasn’t very effective.
Kitchen has the basics so we could make drinks.
