Lovely, quiet and safe area, easy to get about Zadar.

Apartment was just as advertised, really clean and very comfortable. We loved using the bikes. Shops, bars, restaurants and the beach in walking distance, bus into the old town was nearby.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is located in a villa. Everything is new, very clean, close to the sea, and has its own parking space. You have AC, a smart TV, electric blinds, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and an electric stove. The bus station is five minutes away.

Great modern apartment in a quiet area

Spotlessly clean, very quiet at night, good sleep and very hospitable owner with great personal touches which made us very welcome. All necessary modern facilities, the whole place is newly built and has a nice outside private terace. Electric window shutters make the room completely dark for better sleep.

The only thing is my partner said the shower temperature could be a bit warmer, however she agrees it is a great shower with a good strong water pressure.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments and were very satisfied. The apartments are very conveniently located, particularly close to the beach and all the necessary facilities such as shops, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern, exactly as depicted in the photos on the website. Special thanks to the hosts for their hospitality. They were always kind, ready to help with any questions, and provided useful recommendations. If you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, I highly recommend these apartments.

the apartment is totally new, decorated with good taste and has a nice terrace where we could have breakfast in the morning and chill out in the evening. the neighborhood is quiet, shops and restaurants are however in walking distance. the could park the car in front of the building. the sea with small harbour is close for wonderful walks in the morning/evening.

we liked everything. The host is a „super host“. In my book they are „Gold“. Denis was generous, courteous, and super friendly! He welcomed us and took very good care if us. He was super responsive as well. All in all a magnificent apartment with a superb host.

Zadar Paradise

We stayed at Ivy Apartments for one week. The fridge had complimentary wine, beer, and snacks which was nice. A huge plus was they have 3 bikes available to use at no additional cost which is helpful to get around town. There are nice restaurants and market within walking distance.

Unfortunately there was not an option to do a later check out at 11 am. We were only given one key but it would be much better to offer 2 keys.

Excellent stay!

The owners were extremely nice and went over and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. We were welcomed with a bottle of Croatian wine and beer. We loved the apartment! it was really well equipped and absolutely spotless clean! Free bikes to use for the guests which was really nice. Very close to the beach and Marina, a nice 20 min walk to Old Town. Definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back soon! Thank you

A wonderful Stay

It was an amazing experience. A wonderful host (Dennis and Maya) were really kind and very helpful with a warm family touch. The flat is new and modern, close to the marina with plenty of restaurants and the grocery is nearby, also the old town is 7 min by car.

Nešto ovakvo još nikada nismo doživjeli! Oduševljeni smo. Apartman je bio izuzetno čist, moderno uređen, s lijepim pogledom na more i predivnim balkonom. Klima je također savršeno radila, što nam je puno značilo po ovoj vrućini. Najbolji dio su ipak bili domaćini – toliko srdačni, ljubazni i uslužni da smo se odmah osjećali kao kod kuće. Zaista nemamo niti jednu jedinu zamjerku! Ako opet dođemo u Zadar, sigurno ćemo rezervirati ovaj apartman. Hvala vam puno na ovom predivnom iskustvu!

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Très bien situé, propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Le logement est calme et agréable, parfait pour des vacances reposantes. L’hôte a été très accueillant, réactif et à l’écoute et nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir des petits cadeaux ainsi que de belles parts de gâteaux à notre arrivée. Une place de parking nous était dédié Nous avons fait le chemin a pieds pour rejoindre le centre de ZADAR environ 20mn en longeant le port. Il y a des commerçants et restaurant prêt de l'appartement, une liste figure sur le fascicule qui se trouve dans l'appartement. La plage de Diklovac Beach est très bien mails il faut prévoir des chaussures de plage anti-dérapantes car la plage n'a pas de sable mais de petits cailloux ou de rochers glissants c'est plus confortable Nous recommandons vivement cette location et n’hésiterons pas à revenir ! Super voľba v Zadare

Najlepšia voľba akú sme mohli spraviť. Skvelá lokalita, mimo mesta no blízko pláže, autobusová zastávka minútu od ubytovania, k dispozícii boli aj bicykle. Všetci boli veľmi milý, cítili sme sa výborne a nechcelo sa nám odísť. Určite sa vrátime.

Chýbal sporák, ale kuchynka bola malá, takže chápem že naňho nebol priestor.
