The apartment is very quiet and located in a new, modern building, while being right in the heart of historic, touristy Palermo. It feels safe and secure. It is spacious, with plenty of room. It has air conditioning. The apartment has a very distinctive character and style of its own. With two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a large, stylish living room, it is a wonderful place for a relaxing stay. The famous Pretoria Fountain is just a 1-minute walk away, as is Via Maqueda, the main pedestrian tourist street. The intersection of Via Maqueda and Via Vittorio Emanuele (the Quattro Canti) is also just a 1-minute walk away. The impressive Ballarò market, with inexpensive seafood, fruit and vegetables, and souvenirs, is about a 10-minute walk away. There is also a large supermarket about 10 minutes away, as well as Piazza Marina. Palermo Cathedral is also around a 10-minute walk away. The theatre and archaeological museum are nearby too, about 12–15 minutes on foot. Teatro Politeama is around 15–20 minutes away. In general, all the main sights are within a 10–15-minute walk of the apartment. The hosts are lovely, and communication online is very easy. There is also an office for the property manager right in the building, with a very pleasant lady working there, in case any issues arise. In fact, we didn’t have any problems at all. Overall, we had an excellent experience: a clean, comfortable, beautiful apartment right in the centre of Palermo. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, we liked everything.

Lovely apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and open plan living/kitchen area, with excellent facilities. Felt like a family home. Quiet and yet a short walk to the historical are of the city. A few stairs to negotiate to get to the apartment but not a problem and meant it was situated away from the street. Can thoroughly recommend and would book again

O apartamento é incrível.. localização perfeita e apartamento muito grande e confortável..

Havia um cheiro de chorume impregnado no apartamento, que fez uma de minhas amigas, que é médica, passar mal.. Foi de fato uma pena... tentamos espalhar perfume pela casa, mas não adiantava. Graças a Deus, conseguimos um outro apartamento muito próximo e nos mudamos. Penso que os proprietários precisam resolver esse problema.

Ubicación inmejorable, aire acondicionado, comodidad. Anfitrión excelente, generoso y colaborador.
