Luca (our host)was very kind and helpful. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and friendliness. The location of the apartment is perfect - close to the fun attractions and near the center and on a busy street with all the hip and happening restaurants and bars. Small and cozy apartment. It was perfect for us since we were planning to be out all the time.
A little too loud at night (until 3 am both nights that we were there) but expected on such a street. Mattress was not very comfortable.

The property was located in a lively street with restaurants and close to the main piazza (10 minute walk).
No elevator but the flight of stairs was manageable with suitcases.

The location is very central, with all the main attractions within walking distance and a 24-hour parking garage (Parcheggio Bellini) just 4 minutes away. The host was responsive and communication was excellent.
storage is limited to a clothes rack with two hangers, there are no ironing facilities, and you have to get out of bed to switch off the lights. Being in the city centre also means it’s quite noisy I was woken up every morning around 5–6 a.m. by rubbish collection and the noise of the bins. Better soundproofing would make a big difference.
