The staff we interacted with was fantastic. Both ladies at reception were very helpful and lovely a d communication was great. Helped arranged a taxi to airport and were very nice when bringing the issues we found. The location of the hotel is also very good, just a short walk to get everywhere in the historic centre and walkable distance to the station as well.

The apartment itself is quite run down. It had the decorations shown in pictures, but the pics are clearly quite old. On arrival, we noticed right away a broken chair on the balcony and the sofa had a lot of stains on it. As we were going around, we noticed quite a lot of things, some cosmetic issues but some quite serious, like a socket pulled out (they did fix this next day, after we messaged them but it should surely be picked up before our arrival). In general the walls had lot of marks, and the kitchen wasnt very great. The dishes were dirty or wet, and there wasnt a great selection. No kitchen towels available, even upon asking, no cutting knife, only cutlery. In general, it was quite disappointing. Maybe the other rooms look better, but this one i would not recommend. It's a shame because a bit more attention to details a d minor works could make this an amazing place to stay.
