Lots of facilities. Great beach facilities. Great bed. Fine total design and ambiance. Fine upstairs private terrace. Nice gardens
No luggage rack, we had to leave our suitcases on the floor. No desk to write a note or do your makeup. Swimming pool could be a little bigger

Super location and modern minimalist decor, very convenient between airport and town, right on the beach with white sand, blue surf, windy but comfortable conditions for lounging, lovely kitchen garden with birds. Rooms with shared pool are spectacular and very quiet. Changed my reservation from 1 to 3 nights upon arrival to allow a family member to join me last minute, your flexibility and availability are much appreciated.
Service and guest experience leave much to be improved, especially in terms of a timely and proactive response to our requests about the extra nights, an apparently necessary room change, tardy laundry return, and lack of consideration for my dietary restrictions submitted at check-in. Vegan tzatziki arrived 45 mins after the bbq, no gluten free bread or granola at breakfast even after three nights... Even with friends or on honeymoon, better service is expected at this price.

This is the second time we have stayed at Oku Kos, the main reason being the utter relaxation experienced at this hotel. It is designed in a way that you can have an almost completely private experience (if that’s what you’re looking for), especially if you book a room with a private pool. The food and staff are also fantastic and always welcoming.
Taxis can be unreliable so recommend you book a private transfer

The location, rooms and spa were beautiful.
The service, accessibility and reliability. I booked everything months in advance to ensure I had a nice 40th birthday after paying a lot of money for myself and two friends. They promised that "I would be well taken care of" and that they'd have a cake, that I requested. On the day, none of that happened. We could initially not even get a table at the restaurant. No cake either obviously. Nothing to make up for this either. Super disappointing birthday. One of the days we asked for the take away breakfast since we had to leave the hotel early and I'd already paid for breakfast for every day. They showed us the nice take away menu that was a lunchbox that apparently includes "..a selection of fruits, pastries and refreshments, as well as a sandwich" When we go collect this, turns out to be only a dry sandwich in cling wrap each. THAT IS ALL.One evening they had live music on the beach. The power unexpectedly went out. And instead of anyone coming to tell us anything, the staff disappeared and the guests just sat in the dark waiting for 30 minutes with no word from anyone.Service on the beach was slow to non existent. Frustrating that even when you go up to them and ask if you can take your bottle of coke (220ml at 6 euros btw), they insist on bringing it to you. There's a 50/50 chance of you getti g what you ordered. The staff seemed impatient and overworked. Which seems to make sense since we kept seeing the same people all throughout the day. A manager of sorts (I'm guessing), some man on the floor at the restaurant, gave me a very hostile stare for an uncomfortably long time and luckily that was the last night. I was done.On the final bill they charged us for a list of items we never had. They also tried to add things to our restaurant bill + adding champagne?!
