The breakfast was great and the food options. We enjoyed how calm and spread out it was. The spa was excellent and we really enjoyed the massages. We particularly appreciated that there was a kids’ massage option. Everyone was so kind and welcoming.
We didn’t really have the chance to make a reservation at one of the restaurants (umami) because it was closed Thursday and then didn’t open until dinner time Friday and by then somehow there was no more room. A bit more info on how to make a reservation might have been nice. Overall this was very minor though.

The resort is beautiful, comfortable and located well
We came with 2 friends, our friends paid for a less expensive room, We paid for a more expansive room because the cheaper rooms were out. There was no connection between the 2 orders. When we arrived, the rude person in reception had told us they upgraded our friends to a better room near us. I asked to be upgraded too, but the lady told me simply no. Then she said, "Your friends were lucky." That's it.
