Grecotel Casa Paradiso

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was uns auch sehr gefallen hat ,ist die Gestaltung der Grünanlage. auch der Strand war sauber und vor der Anlage gab es eine Bushaltestelle die mehrmals am Tag nach Kos-Stadt fährt.

Eigentlich nur über die anderen Reisenden. Das übliche Verhalten am Buffet, Egoismus in Reinkultur übervolle Teller die später fast genauso voll entsorgt werden ....usw. Jeder hat es schon erlebt , ändern wird sich nichts

We had a great time. The beach is beautiful, the food was lovely and fresh, the staff very polite and helpful. Loved the Mamma Mia show! The whole area is very well kept and the vegetables gardens are amazing. This is very much a family hotel with a lot of small children everywhere, which was fine for us but will not suit everyone. We were a bit disappointed with the snack food around the pool and the ice cream was a low quality, we were expecting Carte D’or as in other grecotel. The waffle station was chaotic and not always clean. But the food in the main restaurant was always amazing and the fresh pizza was excellent!

Our lovely time was disturbed couple of times by inconsiderate smokers who just think it is perfectly fine to light a cigarette next to other people (and children) on the beach, around the pool, in the restaurant or anywhere else. I would appreciate if grecotel did something about this if the smokers do not have the intelligence not to smoke themselves and ruin their and their kids lives. Please don’t ruin my family’s lives and holiday by your disgusting habit. This is a family hotel, please grecotel, ban smoking completely in you hotels and promote healthy lifestyle the way you already do with your lovely gardens and lovely food. This is a huge issue you should deal with.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Allemaal zulke lieve mensen! Locatie aan het strand met privé strand, was super. Wij (en onze kinderen) hebben ons prima vermaakt hier! Eten en drinken was ook top! Ook super leuk hoe de animatie de kinderen uitnodigt om te komen spelen bij de kidsclub, het schminken of de mini disco. De kinderen vonden dit fantastisch! Zwembaden ook erg fijn (maar wel een beetje koud in begin mei voor de koukleumen onder ons).

Info op de kamers zou wel fijn zijn, bijvoorbeeld over alle mogelijkheden in het hotel. Op de website/app staat van alles, maar dit wordt in het hotel niet benoemd.
