The place is close to the beach, the main roads and shopping centre and convenience garage.
The rooms are spacious and the living area was amazing. There's a swimming pool and lots of shades.
The spiralling stairs are a challenge and can be updated. The apartment numbers are written on the opposite side of the wall and when you enter, you'd struggle to see them right away. That can also be corrected.

Location is central, and in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Property is wonderful, well kept and truly beautiful. Nicely furnished and well equipped!
The Parking Garages are too small & difficult to get into and out.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished and comfortable. Great location and close to the beach and all the restaurants. Beautful ocean views from the balcony and main bedroom. Lovely pool area.
