It was a return visit. Lovely welcome from Connie the landlady. Great location for walking into the town & beaches.
We didn’t mind the no breakfast provision because we had family members in another apart& we were joining them.
All good just one small thing, the bathroom floor had rather cold tiles & another mat would be good.

Friendly staff, really close to seafront, parking, pubs and shops. The price was really good as well.
No breakfast, not a problem but it would be a great bonus.

The host was lovely and friendly and allowed us to check in early. The location was great, close to the seafront, shops, bars and restaurants.
The bedding was clean and a comfortable bed.
The room was very small and dark, not enough natural light. The decor was dull and in need of a spruce up. There was a tiny mirror above the dressing table, but once seated it was too high to see into, so had to stand to do hair. However the bathroom mirror was well lit to do make up. A full length mirror would've been nice in the bedroom. The shower was very poor, took a while to heat up and no power, so took twice as long to shower. There was no welcome pack, eg, bottled water or biscuits, which would've been a nice touch.
No parking, but car park a short distance away which isn't free, or any discount for guests. We paid £20 for a 48 hour stay.
