The room was clean, good selection of tea and coffee available. The shower room was spacious and the shower itself was a good size. The breakfast was value for money, tasty and plentiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
There was a hum from a fan and we were not sure where it came from, seemed to come from below us. It did keep us awake but not for long.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable.
It was a little far out for me as I’ve mobility issues . It’s only a 10 walk to north beach to be fair .

The bed was extremely comfortable.
At times the hotel was cold it appeared that the heating was on timers. The weather was extremely cold and the heating should have been left on.

"It’s in a great location on the edge of town. It’s got a private car park with a space for every room. We were in Room 3 which is a double with a separate private bathroom but don’t be put off by that..."
