房間有蟑螂 也會聞到煙味 隔音效果不佳 聽得到外面走廊有人走路的聲音 另外是有選包含早餐的房型 但飯店人員沒說幾點用餐以及餐廳在哪 由於訂房的是我 check in的是我老公 所以他也不知道這件事 我們後來回飯店跟櫃檯領取鑰匙時他也沒跟我們告知 等到隔天才突然想起此事 問先生他說櫃檯沒跟他說也沒給任何早餐卷之類的 退房時反應櫃檯也只說「嗯~可是現在早餐時段也過了欸 有蟑螂我們會在多清潔 我們會在多注意員工訓練」這些很官方的回答 態度有點感受不是很好😓
