    Cleanliness is not maintain, because we saw dust in the table and the glass that we are about to use and also some hairstrands in the table. I hope that they will give attention to the cleanliness for the guest to be safe. But all in all, it is comfortable to stay and the location is good because it is near to the E7Play.

    Struggled to find this place, its on the 16th floor above a gym/ cinema complex. The lift is behind a Watson store. The room was comfortable but soundproofing poor. Staff OK but did not speak English. For the price it was OK.

    The Good:The view from the room window was absolutely beautiful and definitely the highlight of the stay. The overall service was okay and standard. The Bad (Safety Concerns):The major issue happened on the night of June 5th at the front desk, which completely ruined my experience. There was a guy loitering around the reception desk who was acting like a total hooligan and troublemaker. He was flirting with the front desk lady, and when I walked past them, he stared me down very aggressively and intensely. It felt incredibly intimidating and harassing. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disgusting. If this guy is a hotel employee, management should be deeply embarrassed by his behavior. If he is an outsider, why is management allowing random people to loiter at the front desk and make guests feel unsafe? Impact on Taipei's Reputation:Taipei is globally famous for being a safe, friendly, and welcoming city for international tourists. However, this hotel's lack of security and unprofessional staff completely shatter that good reputation. Allowing sketchy individuals to intimidate tourists in a hotel lobby reflects horribly on Taipei’s tourism image. Final Verdict:Even though the view is great, I cannot recommend this place to other travelers due to safety and security reasons. As a guest, you should not have to feel threatened in the lobby. Look elsewhere if you value your peace of mind and want a safe experience in Taipei.
