Great option for budget travelers

Great budget option i stayed for a night but was given great service had a late flightbin and was accomadated to check in at 1am

My stay was Excellent. Especially Claudia from receprion, she helped me with transportation from Hostal to airport AIFA. Very nice and friendly staff. Perfect place. Good price in this area. Great food on the street. Copycenter 5 min from hostal, when you need print airticket - boarding pass. I recommend this accommodation.

It was satisfying.

Everything was great, there was free parking right by the property and the unit was clean and comfy.

Only thing is that the TVs in the bedrooms didn't work, the remote didn't function well.

Very dirty and no privacy

Location is not bad. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Door doesn’t lock or even properly close, which is absurd. One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. Bathroom smells, shower unbelievably dirty. Doesn’t have staff during the night so other guests put music super loud etc.

It is very good located in the Polanco area The house in general is very clean and well dressed

Room was very small no windows or something for air to recycle other than the main door, tv didnt work, the bed was slightly comfortable but the mattress was very old and the pillows were not comfortable. It was too noisy, you can hear all that happened outside the room.

Definitely don't advice to stay unless you want a room without any windows

I definitely don't advice this place. First of all they did not mention on the post but the room does not have any windows. I cannot even say it's a hostel. Some rooms in a building and they are not clean at all. They don't have a security after 7 and on the weekends. When I visited CDMX, Monday was public holiday and the place even did not cleaned the bathrooms for 3 days.

They booked another party during my stay and told me I had to leave

The beds are not comfortable. But the worst part is they decided to rent out their facility but continued to book other guest and that meant me and another guy we're told that we had to leave. When I made this booking I paid booking.com and I did not give any money or credit card to the hostel however the hostel called me and said that they would refund me and I said I will go through booking.com. When I call booking.com they said that I would have to go through the hostel to get a refund so I texted back the manager and she said no, that she already tried to work with me and I said I wanted to go to booking.com. I called booking.com again and said what happened and they called her and said that they had to give me a refund for the remaining days. So there's no protection when a facility cancels on you at any time even while you are in the process of your stay. That's absolutely horrible but for them to do this is absolutely horrible and when I was speaking to the other guy that had to leave. he told me that the owner had talked to him and said that that was already a done deal even though the manager made it sound like they just decided that they were going to book the entire facility at the last minute to another party

En la primera noche una de las habitaciones se partió la cama , dañándose por completo , teniendo así que juntar a las otras personas en la misma a ubicación , quedando así estrechos , el baño NO SALÍA AGUA CALIENTE , el último día que estuvo la señora de limpieza dijo que si, que efectivamente esa dama llevaba así dañada varios días y que el agua caliente eso era lo máximo que salía caliente , es decir , era agua al tiempo , porque de caliente no tiene nada. Y en la segunda noche no hubo internet en ninguna de las Dos centrales de internet que tenía el lugar , cuando reclamé, me dijeron que mas rato retornaría !!! Primero me quedé dormida antes de que retorno, NO LO RECOMIENDO

Un buen lugar en relación calidad - precio y en excelente ubicación.

El hostal se encuentra en una buena ubicación, cerca del centro de la ciudad y en una zona tranquila. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y tranquila, así como los baños.

En general se podría mejorar la forma de mantener cerrados los baños ya que parecía que el seguro estaba algo roto, se podía sostener, pero no daba mucha seguridad.

Si tienen la oportunidad de quedarse aquí, ¡DESAPROVÉCHENLA!

Haberme salido a los 5 minutos de entrar. Darme cuenta que no es un lugar limpio, seguro, ni cómodo.

Las fotos son una realidad alterna engañosa, que no tienen que ver con la realidad del sitio: las regaderas y sanitarios son comunales mixtos y sin puerta (con una cortina), el lugar está sucio y huele feo. "Mejoran" los espacios para tomar las fotos, pero la realidad es MUY distante. La señora que recibe es muy grosera, mentirosa y cero atenta. La host es mentirosa, nada empática y déspota. Algo más grave es que sacan información sensible (datos personales que deben permanecer en la plataforma) para uso personal, sin autorización. No respetan lo que pusieron en la plataforma sobre hora de ingreso, limpieza, comodidad, etc.
