Comfortable, affordable apartments in the very center of Chamonix

The apartment has everything you need and is spacious enough for two. It's in a great location, right in the center of Chamonix, yet quiet. The view from the balcony is stunning. The host is very kind and always willing to help. Previous guests have reported shower issues and a bad smell, but we didn't experience any of that. For Chamonix, the price is excellent.

The space requires some cosmetic repairs and possible replacement of some equipment. However, this is not critical.

* Great location – quiet and convenient. * Clear instructions for check-in, including helpful video guides on how to access the studio. * Cheaper option in area

* Cleanliness was a major issue. The studio felt tired, with mould inside the fridge and in the shower, and the sofa bed was not only extremely uncomfortable but also had a visible blood stain – very unhygienic. * Curtains were frayed and added to the overall tired feel of the decor. * The bathroom had a strong smell of urine. * If female guests get detailed instructions sent on how to take a shower/ wash their hair just to avoid flooding of the bathroom, it’s a sign that this issue needs to be properly addressed. I had a shower and did not wash my hair and still water didn’t drain properly, and started running into the wrong directions.

Good location, but urgently needs renovation and proper cleaning.

The apartment has a really good location, the check in is easy. The host is friendly and replying quickly to messages. The balcony is spacious and has a nice view.

The apartment is too smelly, and unclean. The bathroom has a lot of mold, which is a serious health hazard! The beds are making a lot of noise and are uncomfortable. The provided blankets and pillows are old, have several spots and are also uncomfortable. With an apartment like this, the only thing you would expect is to be able to sleep and recover, but we could not do that with these conditions.

Great location, but had problems with the shower flooding and linens that weren’t clean.

The Location was great. Really easy to ski out of the chalet. There was also ski rental super close by.

The bathroom flooded every time we took a shower because the drain was clogged. The host did not try to help. The linens/towels all smelt moldy and were not even folded in the closet.

Emplacement parfait, réservation et explications très claires, produits de base présents ce qui est idéal

Quand le canapé est déplié, pas la place de mettre une table. Pas trop de place pour poser sa valise
