Very large studio of 35 m2 with a double bed 160x200 and a sofa bed (BZ) of 140x190 unfoldable in seconds, a round table, 4 chairs, a dresser, a flat screen TV with TNT, a kitchen equipped with 1 fridge, 1 microwave, 2 electric hotplates, 1 oven, 1 extractor hood, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 toaster, a bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet and a parking space in front of the residence.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine in a private residence facing the Mont-Blanc chain, a 5-minute walk from the town center and its many shops and the Flégère-Brévent ski resort, 2 minutes from the shuttle buses. bus (for departure from other ski resorts in the valley, Les Houches, Les Grands-Montets, Le Tour), in the immediate vicinity of the Chamonix sports complex (swimming pool, tennis, squash, ice rink, bodybuilding, cardio training), Promenade du Bois du Bouchet, hiking departures, a ten-minute walk from the departure of the Aiguille du Midi and the SNCF station.

This spacious, studio apartment is located just outside the centre of Chamonix in a very quiet neighbourhood near the sports centre. It is comfortable and warm, and, as stated by many others, has excellent views of the Mt. Blanc massif. Whilst the kitchen area is not particularly up-to-date, it has everything you need for a short stay. The shower room is modern and provides you with a good, hot shower. Given the price we paid in December 2023, it represents very good value for money. Be aware that although the information document sent prior to our visit implied that linen can be hired for 12€, this is not the case: you have to bring your own. Also, you must pick up your own visitor card(s) from the Tourist Office, where proof of your booking will be required. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to any couple wishing to spend a holiday in a quiet area of Chamonix.

Nice studio, 500m from city center. Great view to the mountains. Studio has a new bathroom. Kitchen is simple but practical with a big fridge. Good 2 persons bed. Nice and easy contact with the owner.

The place was clean and comfortable! Bring your own lines, duvet cover and towels. But of a pain only because we were traveling from overseas, but manageable. Beds were comfy, shower always had hot water, and Wifi was good. We enjoyed our stay!

The VRBO description is extremely accurate. Two of us stayed at the Studio Apartment and was perfect for what we needed for a ski vacation in Chamonix. Communication in and out was quick and easy. We will be back!

We had a beautiful week in Chamonix. The highlight of the apartment was the large window that slid open and allowed us to feel like we were out in, rather than inside looking out at, the most beautiful mountain range in the world. Fantastic!

The apartment has a great location. The owner and manager were friendly and helpful. Generally, my stay was great. Fantastic view, located by the river, so a 5 minute walk from rafting, a short walk into town. Bed was comfortable. There were both induction and electric cooking stoves. Some minor issues: the document with property info was not up-to-date, so there was no option of renting sheets (which I fortunately clarified in advance), the wifi password in the document was incorrect. Also I had to supply my own soap and garbage bags. On the whole, the price was right, and I am glad that I chose this place to stay for my visit.

There were two of us and the size of the property was perfect. Could possibly fit another 2 people. Location was amazing. Close to bus stops and 2mins from rental. It Is listed that you can rent linen although this wasn't the case when we stayed, so worth checking with owner before booking as we had to bring our own. All communication was in French but really quick to respond to any queries. We had a power cut when staying and it was sorted within 15mins of messaging. Amazing views from the balcony Would definitely return !!

Everything was great, except I did not realize that the owner had sent me a PDF with additional information. Be sure to bring your own bedding. Duvet cover, sheet and pillow cases as well at towels. Was not mentioned in the listing. But everything worked out fine, we were able to get the bedding and otherwise nice. Kitchen is a bit sparse on cooking items. There are NO spices or anything else for cooking so keep that in mind. Also bring you own TP!!

Stayed here for a short snowboarding break with my son. Great communication with the owner and person in resort. Amazing views of Mont Blanc from the large window. Has everything you need for a short stay, will definitely come again.

The apartment was not clean when we arrived, it was advertised as having wifi however had none. When we contact the own she was not helpful. We're were charges for extra cleaning after our stay even though we cleaned the apartment before we left. Felt like a con to get an extra €30 out of us.

The apartment was comfortable, quiet and we enjoyed the view. It's well located for skiing, food shops, hire shops, town centre bars and bus stops! We found the kitchen served out needs perfectly. We even walked to the Planpraz cable car station with ski gear (1km) without problem. Kati was really helpful and easy to communicate with. Getting the shower sorted would be the only improvement I'd ask for.

I spent two weeks snowboarding, and the unit fit my needs perfectly. Will never forget waking up to the sun rising on the mountains. Was close to the super u for groceries. And town center for everything else. Really enjoyed my stay. Great value. Accommodating host

My husband and I stayed for 5 days in December, our annual visit to Chamonix to do some walking. The apartment is in a very quiet location, an easy walk from shops, bars and restaurants. A parking space is a real bonus too. The view from the huge window is of the Mont Blanc range and is lovely to wake up to. There is everything you need, but it is a little outdated, hence the excellent value price. If you don't mind this, it is a great place to stay in Chamonix. We would visit again, but like another reviewer wonder why it is not possible to have a shower attached to the wall.The location is superb.Anna & Paul, UK
