Very dated and basic but great value for a short stay

You get what you pay for, so expect it to be basic but it ticks all the boxes. Good location, basic but acceptable facilities, nice balconies. Random shower but it works and has warm water so for the price, I can't complain.

It hasn't been updated in decades so things like the electrics are dodgy, light switches are in random places. Tried the futon bed but it wasn't great so swapped to the bunk beds

There were 2 of us and the apartment was a perfect size. Lovely view from the balcony of the river and mountains

We had to buy everything. It would have been nice if washing up liquid and dishwashing sponges were left for customers.

perfect location

no towels were provided. Is this normal? after I paid extra €14 for linen, was I supposed to specify and pay extra for towels as well? bathroom taps are very difficult to use to get the correct temperature. tap in kitchen is extremely loose

Location was excellent.

The apartment was not cleaned well, dust, dirt, and dead bugs. Also the kitchenette was missing essential tools: there's oven but no oven mitts, kitchen faucet was broken and a cutting board was delivered only after feedback. Dishes were very dirty, too. One night someone tried to come into the apartment, probably drunken neighbor from different floor. Also, there's policy to inform the rental company about deficiencies within 48hrs of arrival. However, when doing this they declined their responsibilities saying the complaints should be made on the day of arrival.

La posizione,la vista sul fiume

Sporcizia,letti scomodissimi e fornelli che ci mettevano una vita per bollire l’acqua. Poi primo appartamento sprovvisto di ogni bene di prima necessità.praticamente anche l’aria della stanza si pagava

Väldigt prisvärt boende, Två fina balkonger med eftermiddagssol precis ovanför floden.

Väldigt bra läge, fin eftermiddagssol på balkongerna där man får plats att sitta 2 personer. Grymt alternativ till de som vill unna sig en lite billigare semester. Absolut inte de bästa eller fräschaste i Chamonix men ändå mysigt och man får absolut det man betalar för. Sängarna duger, rekommenderar att vara max 4 personer i sällskapet.

Ändå nackdelen är köket, Vi lagade mycket mat under resan och köket var inte utrustat särskilt bra, stekpannorna var gamla och slitna men det funkade. Att få rätt värme på spisen var som ett IQ-test, man får helt enkelt testa sig fram. Tips till hyresvärden: Teflonpannor tål inte metallstekspadar.
