I LUV THIS APARTMENT!!! I always always choose this 4A SUGAR ⛱️ BEACH..
Just sort the gas smell, the en suite toilet lid and ask guests not to block the driveway.. otherwise.. its 100z

The location, view, balcony and size of the apartment.

The views of the beach was fantastic. The unit was spacious and clean. Restaurants were conveniently located downstairs.

Incredible location of the apartment, and very spacious
The lift did not work for 90% of our stay and my 75 year mom had to struggle with the stairs to the 4th floor every day. When I called the letting agents they did not even know it would not be working, and did not come back to me when it would be fixed. It is unacceptable when you book an apartment specifically as it has a lovely view & a lift, that my mom's stay must be compromised by how many times she can manage to make it up and down the stairs.
The gas braai needs some attention.
