Beautiful place Nice and close to beach neat and clean.
However the filthy ANC corruption has now officially gone as far as the ocean hence we could NOT swim due to ecolli contamination. 2 x last year and 3 x this year.
Gate remote stopped working. Not the first time this happened. Otherwise beautiful place lovely ocean view.

Beautiful views and close to the beach. Privacy over the Festive season as access to the beach is restricted to residence.
The geyser is in the main bedroom and the air is damp. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the apartment

The fact that you are only allowed to fish at the end of the beach and not in front of unit due to marine protected.
