Proximity to beach. Off road parking. Pool.
The apartment needs a good clean, sticky surfaces in the kitchen, grubby cutlery/crockery. Bathroom and shower need a deep clean. Advertised as airconditioned but the bedrooms are not airconditioned and the lounge unit it not strong enough, or positioned to help cool the bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom only works on high speed setting. Too expensive comparatively.
