It was perfect the room was warm , cosy and clean . The games room and kitchen were an extra added bonus .
It was very close to Floors Castle where I was taking part in a Duathlon . A run and cycling event

Easy to find, welcoming hosts, spotlessly clean and tidy, wonderfully comfortable bed, duvet and pillows.
Separate annexe with kitchenette and
huge games room, with large screen TV and comfortable armchairs and sofa to relax in.
Self service Breakfast with plenty of Cereal, pastries, bread for toast, eggs to cook, yogurt. The fruit platter in fridge was a nice touch.
The ensuite and breakfast rooms are in separate buildings.
A nuisance in bad weather.
