Very central for the races and the town centre. Amazing breakfast all butcher produce and no cheap produce and the hosts couldn’t be more happy to help you with anything so very nice

Our stay was unique. The breakfast was minimum and not described on the menu. We had a bowl of porridge and and a slice of toast. No cooked breakfast was offered. As described in on the Internet booking. Both of us bitten by bugs in the bedroom. The bedding wasn't fresh on the bed. The bedroom was dusty with cobwebs. And cluttered with furniture. So we couldn't move around easily.
There was a terrible smell coming from the toilets. In the hallway & first landing.
We were lucky to move to a better place for the week we were in Kelso. A lovely appartment 🙂👷
A waste of money. Not as described in advert.
A very uncomfortable place to stay in my opinion.
Rooms too cluttered. Kettle in room missing an upto date test sticker. Last tested in 2009.
