Despite the name, this is not a hotel, but a large Air-Bnb-style house with, I think, seven bedrooms in all, within a gated housing development. There is a small pool, a terrace with a barbeque, a spacious and pleasant living / dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. My actual room was dark and gloomy with only a very small window, and with a separate bathroom shared with one other room. Some of the other rooms are probably more pleasant, and then, who spends much time in their room when on vacation in Tenerife?

Vladimir was an amazing host. He explained everything and even let us leave our luggage at the day of a check out. The shared kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was clean and well cared. The room was small, however we only used it for sleep. There is a plenty things to do outside and if You want to stay inside - there is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. The location was in the beautiful area!

the location is excellent
it’s very tired needs a great deal of updating one of the showers didn’t work or the bath beds were old and bedroom furniture not fit for purpose. the key safe unusable at night as you can’t see it
