Nice apartment nice pool outside lovely people

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. We got room ***. It was very important for us to stay with our small dog (2.5 kg). We paid 10 euros per day for our dog. Our week at the hotel was very good. The women at the reception were very kind and friendly. They speak English well and always smile. The apartment room was a great surprise. It feels like a real apartment. There is a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a big living room with a kitchen. The kitchen has two electric stoves, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, and a big fridge with a freezer. There are plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, a colander, bottle openers, two pots and two frying pans. There is also a kitchen hood, so there is no bad smell when cooking. In the living room there is a TV, a sofa with a cover, and a lot of space for clothes and bags. The hotel provides two big blankets. We used one for the bed and the second one to cover the sofa, so we felt clean and comfortable. For our dog, the hotel provided two bowls and a dog bed. Thank you very much for such kind care of our pets. Because of our dog, we asked not to clean the room. We keep the room clean ourselves. One day they still did wet cleaning, changed the bed sheets and gave us clean towels. For two people there are towels: two big towels, two small towels, one towel for the floor and one for hands and face. Each room has a door to a small lawn with two sunbeds. There is also a place to dry wet clothes. In the room there is dishwashing liquid, two trash bins and a bucket. The hot water in the shower was always available. The water was warm, we did not need to wait. There was also a safe and hangers in the wardrobe. The air conditioner cooled the room during the day and heated it at night. At check-in you pay a €150 deposit. They return it at check-out if everything is OK. I do not understand the bad reviews. Everything depends on the guests. Yes, the furniture is not new and there are marks on the walls, but this is normal because many tourists stay here. During our whole week stay, we did not see any bugs or cockroaches. I checked very carefully because I am afraid of them. The bed was medium hard. There are three supermarkets just two steps from the hotel. We walked to our favorite beach, Playa El Camisón, in about 10 minutes at a relaxed pace. There are beaches closer to the hotel, but we recommend this one. My only advice for the hotel is to add a headboard behind the bed, so the wall will stay clean.

Good place to stay very central

Good location with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and close to the beach - but Playa Las Américas beach itself isn’t very nice. Much better beaches in Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje. The area is extremely tourist-heavy and not for everyone. The apartment was in poor condition: broken table and chairs, badly chipped and scratched coffee table, damaged flooring, no iron or washing machine, ripped and falling-apart sofa bed, and an extremely soft mattress that needs replacing. The layout is awful too - the bathroom has no privacy and is visible to all who walk past in the hall way. Some staff were friendly, but one older woman at reception was consistently miserable! Would not stay again. Not my kind of area and far too run-down for the price.
