Staff were very welcoming, location was brilliant, would definitely use again.

The shower head kept on falling down

The hotel was so much better than we expected- was clean, perfect location, drinks were good and the food was great. We went as couples and the location was great walking distance to every thing .

Only downside was the token system for your cups and that you couldn’t smoke while watching entertainment. But both very minor

Location was good the pool was good and there was one of the guys doing activities with everyone...tall thin guy , was funny enjoyable to watch and nice guy...breakfast was good

I found that a lot of the food was only warm almost cold for lunch and dinner, the fact that we had to wait for our holiday to begin, and not enjoy the facilities while we waited, all over the world you get your all inclusive bracelet as soon as you arrive but here you have to wait....the storage area to put your bags when your waiting was a joke, I walked in and there is this guy on the desk that was reading his phone or half asleep and just didnt care , we put our bags in there and walked out and he didnt even know we was there , 20mins later we went back to get them as it didnt feel safe... and as we went in there was no question or asked to see a ticket and as an experiment I took 2 extra bags and he didnt even say anything or look at us coming out of that room, of course I put them back but it was just to show how easy it was to take things , for the 2 hour we waited we was hassled 4 time by your staff and not in a nice way border line rude ... also 2 of the group of us had there phones taken and my bag was messed with but as soon as I told reception no one cared
