Great location!! 20 min walk to the Duomo, next to a metro station and in front of a museum. I found great traditional Italian restaurants a 4 min walk away, such as the Bebel restaurant. It's a very cute and comfortable little house! Fully equipped, we didn't lack anything, with a hairdryer, umbrella and soaps. The owner was very attentive and polite.

The stairs leading to the beds are a bit slippery and could be dangerous if you fall, I advise you to be careful and, if possible, put some non-slip material on them.

Good location but apartment needs some maintenance

The location is good. It's not too far to walk to the Piazza del Duomo but there is also a metro station nearby if needed. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment which we liked. The apartment was spacious and we liked being able to cook some meals and wash our clothes in the washing machine.

The apartment needs some upgrades. The bathroom tiles were mouldy and looked very dirty - owner should spend some money on redoing the bathroom. The dishwasher door did not close so we didn't use it for fear water would leak on the floor - you could see there was previous water damage to the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. The fridge door also did not close easily and we had to give it a good shove to make sure it closed. There was not a full set of cutlery for our family of 5. There were several broken chairs in the apartment which are dangerous to sit on. Other furniture and fixes were very flimsy including beds and bookshelves and the TV cabinet - we were scared to touch things in case they broke. This could be a decent apartment if the owner spent a bit of money and care on making sure everything is clean, in working order and the apartment is fully equipped.

It was easy to communicate with owner and easy to find the place. Very good location.

I loved the little ancient coffee pots that were present on the location. Also the size of the place was big enough for a family of four.

The place was very dusty and needed cleaning, host stated the cleaning crew would come to clean “again” the next day but only specific rooms were moped on obvious surfaces. The thick dust was still under cabinets and chairs very visible. Must have been a crew of one. They separate trash and the rules say there is receptacles in the balcony but there was none. The washer put what looks like pet dander onto all our clothes.

Close to Metro and very convenient location to restos, and grocery. 2-3 minute walk only. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Complete with amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I liked the yard, the location, the neighborhood, the coziness. The apartment was well equipped and the host was very helpful and polite.

The main building bins were right under our window. I was woken up in the very early morning during the waste collection by the workers.

Just the right place for my family of 3 .

Just needed place to sleep and shower as we were exploring every day and not using the kitchen equipment including the hob, dishwasher etc as only stayed for 4 days . Beds had clean sheets and apartment was spacious.

Shower room needs a bit of work as pressure low but just okay and not do much of an issue.

Great location. Great facilities

Lots of thought went into things like a kettle and a drying rack which were very much appreciated. Location made walking into Milan very easy. We loved using the courtyard at the end of each day!

Great Location center of Milan

Location was great. right near subway. Owner allowed us to drop off luggage before we actually checked in, so we could tour the city without lugging our stuff around.

There was a mix up with the house keeper, who left us to make our beds and didn't leave us toilet paper. That was probably our fault with the language. The stairs in the room up to the two beds were frighteningly steep.

Just a wee home away from home

Very comfy room, air conditioning worked as well which was a winner.. Quite a cozy feel. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Instructions on how to enter the building and the room were brilliant. The location was near enough to the metro and easy to walk into town with

Not a lot of privacy on offer, when sharing with a family. Just drawn curtains separated the rooms. I’ll be at the rooms are opposite each other, not right next to each other The stairs leading up to the rooms quite close together, which makes them seem steep but easy enough to navigate

Great place to stay for a family of four with teens.

Spacious, lovely balcony type windows, had all the necessities, 3 comfortable beds, wifi worked after I plugged in the router, AC was great, location was a block from the subway and grocery store, close to canal district.

Several of the fixtures in the bathroom were loose, drain was slow in the bidet so we never tried it, bathroom smells like it needs to be bleached.

The toilet and kitchen is outdated but it works. Shower 🚿 was not working properly but it was fixed quite quickly who h was appreciated as we were 5 persons. Thanks for that

It's a very good atmospheric apartment in an excellent location.

When we arrived there late in the night we hardly believed our eyes seeing two grandiose ladders leading up to the bedrooms and looking like two wings spread wide apart (even though we had seen them when booking). We spent in this apartment only two nights and we wish we had spent there more (and in beautiful Milano in general). Everything seemed to be in place in this spacious apartment, with lots of amenities and a very well-equipped kitchen being a part of the whole larger area. And more to that, I would like to note the good taste of our host, the way the interiors are decorated there (Banksy's and other artists' pictures on the walls, candles, statuettes, etc., but not too many and not too much). Hopefully, next time we are in Milano this apartment will be available for us.

The apartment is not like on the picture it's on the 3rd floor. The lock in the door got me frustrated to open, so we called the guy to come and help us get in, but in the meantime, we figured out how to open. Can't complain about location, the supermarket 1 min and close to the center of Milano

Could have been cleaner. Kitchen equipment not very clean. Needed to wash items before use. Fridge needed wiping out. Balcony had cigarette butts and old mop in corner.

I had to spend my time close to the University sacre cuore, and the location was a 5 minutes walk from there. The metro station was 2 minutes away as well.

you can hear the metro operating at night, so if you are used to no noise sleeping, this could be disturbing. There is also an opportunity to improve the shower phone, as it was old and not functioning well. I have informed the landlord accordingly and it is up to him to change it or not.

It had spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, could walk to duomo. Metro, coffee shop and supermarket were very close.

This worked great for our family group of 10 for 3 different apartments.

Great communication with owner, very prompt response time and helpful information, including which Metro train to take to get to the property easily. note for guests that it’s only a washing machine like listed, not an all in one. Laundromat for dryer is a 7 minute, 1/2 mile walk (All Wash). There was outside noise in the area during the night due to location and construction but that’s outside the owner’s ability to control. We’d definitely stay here again.
