La casa è davvero bellissima, ben fornita di tutto ill necessario e anche più. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

La posizione non è delle migliori per quanto riguarda lo spostamento delle valige, il servizio di deposito bagagli più vicino è alla stazione di Kyoto.

Very homey and comfortable for family of 5. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Wonderful experience.

Pillows were hard and only one per guest.

We loved our stay for 4 nights. Truly felt like home away from home. The house is so spacious, cozy, traditional, and yet all the comfort of a modern home.

It’s a little far from old Kyoto, so takes about 35min of walking and public transportation to get to the older part of town. But still lots of good restaurants and quaint streets to walk.

It was a very modern Ryokan with really good facilities (air conditioner, washing machine, bathtub that can be filled with just a press of a button). The team came to brief us the moment we checked in. They were very friendly and gave suggestions on where to view cherry blossoms. When one of my sons were sick, they even went out of their way to liaise with the paediatric clinic so that we can receive timely treatment. There were toys readily available for my children, which they really loved!

1. The stairs were stepped and slippery, and I fell from the stairs. This can be improved by putting anti slip rubber on each step of the stairs. 2. Even though the apartment appeared modern and generally clean, when you look in greater detail, there were spiderwebs at the corner, dust on the TV console and shelves. I feel that the cleanliness can be improved. 3. The toilet had no area to hang clothes or dry towels. 4. The location of this apartment is far from the train station / bus stop. It requires around 10 minutes walk in a rather quiet neighbourhood.
