Perfect Stay in the Heart of Skadarlija

Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Skadarlija and close to all main attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

There was honestly nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations and made our stay very enjoyable.

I think there is a problem sometimes in hot water when I want to get shower in the morning hot water didn’t came, in winter weather is really cold so only one air condition not enough

Great stay, pleasantly surprising

We were very pleasantly surprised with this property. When we arrived, we noticed that it was in an area where there are bars/discos/restaurants open until around 1/2am. We thought it would be an inconvenience, but it was not at all, the room had amazing soundproofing. We were able to park right next to the entrance, in a private parking lot. All instructions were provided by text message and, as we arrived late, there was no one at the reception, but everything was ready for us to get our keys. The room was very cozy and spacious, it had everything we needed and we managed to get an amazing night's rest. The location is top tier, as we were very near one of the main streets of the city, and if we needed to go further into the center, there are bus stops literally a minute away.

The access to the room is by stairs, and ours was on the top floor. We feared a bit for our car, as there was a chance someone leaving from the clubs could cause some damage, but nothing happened.

The staff is very helpful, considering that there is no one present at the reception. Every time I requested help by phone I received it. The location is central, in a safe area. Access to the building, even though there is no reception, is very simple. Communication is excellent.

Excellent

The location is very close to the old city center, a 10-minute walk away, and the bus station is also very close to the location. The room is large, spacious, clean... The room has a TV, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. Breakfast is available at another hotel, a 2-minute walk away. There is also a vegetarian option available, and you can also arrange for a vegan option. Easy check-in and check-out (if there is no one at the reception, they will send you a code to enter the accommodation).

Good value apartment in close location to skadarski street , well known restaurant street. Clean and comfortable

Breakfast options at nearby restaurant are large , heavy and plentiful but you would have to like Serbian type cooking. No fruit or yogurt or healthy options. Request ground floor apt as steps upstairs are tight

Great stay in the heart of Belgrade

Great location. Walking distance to many local attractions. The breakfast was superb. It involved a short walk to a very good local restaurant. Check-in was easy. Good communication.

It is meant to be 24 hour reception but we did not see a member of staff on reception for the three nights we were there. The keys were left out for us to check in, which was fine, but not sure you can say it is 24 hr reception if no one is there

Family Stay with Toddler: Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the city center with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Our ground-floor room was very convenient with a stroller, and the hotel kindly provided a baby crib. The room was comfortable, with clean towels, daily housekeeping, good Wi-Fi, a wide selection of TV channels, a small fridge, and a kettle — though we missed having a microwave to warm up baby food. Self check-in was smooth, as the host sent us the entrance code in advance, making arrival very easy.

There were a few drawbacks, though. Parking was quite expensive at around €40 per day. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner, and the broken toilet seat made it a bit uncomfortable to use. There is no ramp at the entrance, so we had to carry the stroller and baby up the stairs, and the shower had no holder for the showerhead. On weekend nights, it could get noisy due to nearby bars, and the TV is not a Smart TV.

short story: parking was not excessible for us and costs 25€ extra long story: there is no reception at all! we chose the hotel because of the parking opportunity but when we asked they didn't respond for hours and then they told us, that we can't stay at the hotel parking with a minivan (+ it would cost 25€ (!) per night) because we have a minivan we had to search for hours for another parking in belgrad, which was very difficult. after that they finally responded to our messages saying that we could stay in the hotel parking, there was also no reason why it wouldn't be possible with a minivan, there was enough space and also no garage. but we already stayed at another parking at the other side from the city. also on the morning there was nobody at the reception. we asked about luggage deposit and they responded also too late. if you don't have a reception and don't give clear instructions you have at least to respond to important questions from your hotel guests. For us it was unnecessaryly complicated.

The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of Skadarlija, with amazing restaurants, bars, and nightlife just steps away, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Perfect place for stay in Belgrade.

This was a gem of a find. The location is perfect. The room was super clean, big and cozy. Bathroom was spotless and at unbeatable rates compared to the other hotels. Breakfast is in a nearby restaurant which was perfect as well. He was kind enough to accommodate a late check out. It exceeded my expectations.

More than great location in one of the charmest areas of Belgrade, comfortable bed, quite at night.

The location of this property is a key - in on of the most charming area of the town - the old city, near to Danube, where plenty of reasturant and bars visitors can find the apartment is in a building in an former factory yard, also full of bars and busy life. perfect for young visitors, also quite greta for older ones like us as room is quite quite during the night despite of the busy life outside. We recommend it warmly.

The room n2 is smaller than the others:) Just keep it in mind that if you need larger room you may be should ask for it preliminary.
