Great Find!

Great studio very well located in the old town! The place is beautifully decorated, confortable, with an equiped kitchen, and very clean. The owner is lovely and friendly, gave us detailed instructions of where to look for a parking space and held our bags in her shop after check-out. I recommend it and would definitely come back.

Not a problem for us, but the internet was unstable and very slow, making it impossible to use it.

Amazing location, a lovely little gem of a place

The location was amazing a 2 minute walk to the centre of Rethymno. The owner, Frosso, was very friendly and warm. There was everything in the room that you needed for a longer stay even if you wanted to do self catering. The room was ideal size for the 2 of us with an amazing balcony which was surrounded by a beautiful pink bougainvillea plant which most passers by stopped to get a photo of.

Perfect stay in the heart of Rethymnon

Our stay at Atelier was simply perfect. The location is ideal, right in the old town but very quiet and a lovely view from or balcony. The studio was spotless, comfortable, with a charming little balcony, where you can read your book and enjoy looking at the people coming and going. The warm welcome from our hostess made us feel at home immediately — she was attentive, kind, and full of great advice. Free parking was available nearby, only 2 minutes walking (we were lucky to find so we just left the car there and walked everywhere during our stay in Rethymnon). Everything was easy, relaxed, and exactly what we hoped for.

A real place put together with real care

This place is beautiful and put together meticulously. The view at least from my room oozed romance. The kitchenette had a cooking stove, fridge and a good variety of kitchen ware. The furniture seems to be massive wood. Air con is functional, there's a TV just in case. Everything just works. And not to mention the location... Highly recommended for couples, solo travellers, friends etc. Perhaps not so much a party/family place but a perfect apartment for those valuing beauty and excellent location in themselves. The owner was very amicable and helpful, too.

I didn't suffer from this but there may be a risk to hear your neighbours if you live on the ground floor as there is not much noise insulation into that direction.

Really clean cosy appartment right next to the castle in the center of the old town in a historic building. Everything easy to reach but still quiet an calm. Many restaurants and supermarkt next door. Lovely host, who runs the pottery shop in the same building. Eventhough I arrived too early she was super flexible and gave me the key early. All in all definitly a place I would like to come back to!

Lovely old-town apartment

Really nice apartment in the old town, close to the waterfront and fortress, with a beautiful flower-covered balcony. The room was comfortable and clean and the owner was lovely and hospitable!

Only small downside is the drain in the bathroom does sometimes have a slight smell, but that’s often unavoidable in older buildings - it did not detract from my lovely stay!

The aesthetic of the room was amazing and the location of the room was very good. At the entrance of the apartments you can find the hosts ceramic atelier which I found amazing. The room was clean and well equipped moreover because all of the walls are stone walls the temperature is okay even when outside is hot. My experience with this room was great and the host went out of her way to accommodate me and my friend I will definitely book this room again in the future!

This is a lovely property to stay in the old town. The view is lovely and the balcony is the pritiest feature of the place. Even the tourists stop to take pictures of the balcony. The owner of the property also owns the ceramic and art shop on the ground floor and she is an excellent housekeeper based on the cleaniness and quality of the rooms. The manager was very kind and helpful.

I arrived late and it was hard to spot the property but I still rate this place 10 out of 10 and would book again.

Well located, kind host, cute balcony with the flora surrounding you, view on the little nice old town street and main town panorama. Room itself has everything which is needed, including fully equiped kitchenette. Best place in Crete which we visited.

The couple works in the ceramics shop next to the apartments. They're lovely people with genuine interest in their guests. For us the apartment was everything we looked for. Clean, nice bed and a sufficient kitchen. Highly recommended.
