The house has everything you need and the roof terrace is amazing. It's situated in the middle of the old town very near to everything. Even if the beds were harder than I expected, they were still comfortable to sleep on. The tiny house has many stairs and therefore I would not recommend it to someone with knee problems.
In the other corner of the block there are two nightclubs, and especially during the weekends (thursday-saturday) you can really feel the music until 6 am!!! The noice from the a/c is helping a bit, but I really feel for everyone, who is living there permanently. Because of this we will probably not stay here again, even if the house itself was nice :)

Before we arrived I had contact by mobile phone with the host. She received us in the house. The location is very good: In the middle of the old center near restaurants. Everything in the house was clean and OK.
It was about 15 minutes walking to the free car parking near the beach.

An outstanding stay! The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and all the amenities were in perfect working order. The house is well situated in the heart of the old town, in a back street one minute walk from the Rimondi fountain so it is very well situated for shops and restaurants. If you like living in a street where the locals live then this place is perfect. Their is an abundance of kitchen utensils should you wish to cook in the house although we did not as we elected to eat out every night. Having a washing machine was a real bonus as it meant we did not have to wash a pile of washing when we got home. The balcony is very good and perfect to relax during the day in the evening. Air-conditioning was great and did a great job in cooling the house down, especially when going to sleep in the evening. Beds are very comfortable and the availability of a choice of a firm or soft pillow was greatly appreciated.
Nothing. The house and it's location is faultless. Cannot think of any negative aspect.
