BQ House COLOSSEUM Luxury Rooms

Very close to the FAO building, as I went for work. when I arrived at the property, they were asking me to go to another nearby store to check in and collect key. but later came to allow me in and keep my baggage when the room was not ready yet. best part, my flight got cancelled and I cam back middle of night and they allow me to stay, as the room was anyway paid for until morning. very modern apartment. comfy beds. water bottles - a ton of them at corridor for you to pick. a bunch of umbrellas there too that you can borrow (just pick up) from the corridor. you need to enter building with a code and then a key to enter room.

a very tiny lift, one person at a time with baggage. strange enough this was second time in such apartment the sink was not passing waters as the cleaning guys had pressed the stopper as if one would wash dishes there.

Excellent location, room itself—ample space, attrattive view and light—amenities including a good mattress, and complete privacy: the sensation and much of the experience of having my own pied-à-terre!

Check-in at an office in another building. The instructions communicated in advance seemed clear, but the office was poorly marked and closed when I arrived. I was able to contact a staff member by WhatsApp, and he responded immediately, meeting me at the House. But if I hadn’t had a phone with international cellular service, I would have been completely stuck and confused.

The room was nice but really steep for 1 night. I will give it extra points with how quick they were to help us settle in. The bathroom was nice.

The price was too much for a room. If it had been a whole apartment, it would be understandable, but with an empty fridge and nothing else in it had Hotel prices.

Nice room.

When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us, and give us the keys to our room. We waited 20-30 min outside on the street… The drain in the shower was clogged.
