Хорошие апартаменты. Не далеко от центра. Рядом с домом остановка трамвая. Есть гараж, открывался пультом. Правда место между двумя столбами и немного сложновато заехать не совсем опытным водителям. Хорошая кухня со всей техникой и есть и посудомоечная и стиральная машина . Посуды хватает и для приготовления и для сервировки. Очень удобная кровать. Есть гладильная доска и утюг, правда он не работал. Хорошая ванная комната с двумя раковинами. Я читала предыдущие отзывы , что за ключами надо было куда то ехать в офис . Сейчас входы с кодом и на главной двери и на двери в апартаменты , даже ключа не надо. Это конечно очень удобно

Единственный минус нет вешалок в ванной комнате для полотенец и их некуда положить . Полотенца большие и тяжелые лежали прям на раковине.И мы ни как не могли подключить телевизор . Вернее подключили через ютуб , но звука так и не было.

La communication était fluide. Toutes les informations étaient fournies 1 ou 2 jours avant l'arrivée, et l'hote était très disponible par téléphone. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement et la propreté.

Ce sont de très petites choses, mais il n'y avait qu'un seul rouleau de papier toilettes, les draps étaient tachés (propres mais donc douteux), la plomberie aurait pu nécessiter un peu de déboucheur, etc. On a donc besoin au cours du séjour de régler des choses soit même... Enfin, il ne faut pas être sensible au bruit car on entend très bien les voisins.

The location of the place was very central, the rooms were big and very quiet. There is carparking space, considered a big plus as carparking in Lisbon is pricey and hard to find.

Difficulty in getting the keys as it is in a different location that is quite far, finding parking at that area when collecting the key is difficult and a hassle as it is really busy. Poor instructions for check in and check out. Extremely unlucky as the whole hoo-ha resulted in a parking ticket fine. Lots of equipment, ie dishwasher, coffee machine is provided, but the absent of dish washing tablet, washing liquid, coffee or tea pods rendered it useless if its not for a long stay.
