Location was excellent. Very near excellent bars and restaurants. Apartment was lovely, far bigger than we expected. It was also really quiet. Couldn’t hear street notice unless opening the balcony windows.

Only things we had issue with were the hairdryers. Neither heated up so didn’t use. Also door into en-suite seemed to be warped from damp I suppose. We did have issues opening the door. Does need to be looked at as someone could get stuck inside!

Tolle Lage, gute Betten, ausreichend Platz, toller Aufenthaltsbereich. Haben nur Frühstück in der Unterkunft zubereitet. Dementsprechend keine Erfahrung mit der Küche zum Kochen.

Spülbecken und Arbeitsplatte, sowie Küchenunterschrank weisen Risse auf. Hat uns nicht gestört. Sollte man nur wissen wenn es einem wichtig ist, dass alles perfekt ist. Bäder wegen der hohen Decke und fehlender Lüfter muss regelmäßig gelüftet werden.

Location OK. Initially GUESTREADY LISBON responded professionally. The apartment has one air conditioning unit in the main living area. That worked. Each of the three bedrooms has air conditioning units. These did not work. SEVEN NIGHT STAY AND GUESTREADY LISBON WOULD NOT FIX THE AIRCONDITIONING.

IN GENERAL THE APRTMENT WAS DIRTY WITH: Black Mold in the bathroom. Crack in Sink in Kitchen. Hole on floor in Kitchen. Shower water welling up in shower and potential to run over. ALSO FURNITURE WAS WORN - LEATHER LOUNGE IN PARTICULAR. Noisy foot traffic and music above. Street party one night very noisy. AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING, GUESTREADY LISBON were not able to (didn't want to) resolve the issue of the bedroom air conditioners not working. I believe most of the many messages via the Booking.Com site were AI generated. The interaction with GUESTREADY LISBON were: 1 Misleading. 2 Repetitive. 3 GUESTREADY LISBON office I believe is 5.3km away or 15 minutes. 4 GUESTREADY LISBON would not send anyone to repair the air-conditioning units. 5 They asked me to troubleshoot turning off units, main breaker switch, taking photos and videos. Not really a guest task to perform especially in the meter box. I did what they asked over the first few days. They did not follow-up. 6 They said they couldn't get in to the room as we had the key. 7 Two days later they said they have a key. 8 Finally talked to someone who was not helpful. Didn't know about the issue which has been going on for five days. 9. So a 7 NIGHT STAY AND NO AIR CONDITIONER IN BEDROOMS. SUMMARY IS GUESTREADY LISBON DID NOT WORK OUT THE AIRCONDITIONING. WOULD NOT SEND SOMEONE TO THE SITE. PLENTY OF MIXED EXCUSES FROM GUESTREADY LISBON LIKE "CAN'T GET INTO THE APARTMENT" TO "TRANSPORT STRIKE". WE WERE FORCED TO USE ONE BEDROOM NEXT TO THE MAIN ROOM WHERE THE AIR CONDITIONING WORKED.
