Nomad's Time Out Market Lisbon - 3BDR is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a maximum capacity for 6 people, with all the comfortable conditions in a unique location in Lisbon, right next to the Time-Out Market and Cais do Sodré.
On the 2nd floor of a recently renovated building equipped with an elevator, the apartment has total privacy for a vacation with family or friends.
Carefully decorated to serve our guests with a space of refinement and exclusivity, Nomad's Time Out Market Lisbon has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, oven, stove, heating, air conditioning, and free internet.
Next to the apartment, there is street parking (paid), restaurants, gardens, museums, the Tagus River, Schools, and Universities, all within walking distance.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Loved the location, space, bedrooms, outside patio was our favorite at night and in the mornings. Again, great location for walking!! Loved it, would stay there again!!

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Plenty of room for a family with 3 adult children. Great indoor and outdoor space to relax after a long day touring Lisbon. Fantastic food options right outside the door. Highly recommend!

The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well located. Overall, we really liked the property. Two bedrooms are excellent, the common areas are comfortable, and it worked well for our family.That said, our experience with the property management company was disappointing, especially given the price point.One bedroom is much smaller and has a glass door opening directly into the kitchen/living area, creating a privacy issue. This is visible in the photos, so I’m not saying it was misrepresented, but it’s worth noting. I asked if something simple could cover the glass, even temporary blinds or paper/cardboard, but after a lot of back and forth was told it was “not possible.” I ended up solving it myself.The front door was also extremely heavy and difficult to open. A rep did come show me how it worked, which I appreciated, but my older parents could not open it themselves when locked.We also booked an airport transfer through the property manager to make arrival easier. Customs was very long and the airline lost my father’s bag. We communicated with the driver throughout, but the transfer did not happen and my parents had to take an Uber. They said they waived the no-show fee, but we were still charged the full transfer fee, which felt strange since no ride was actually provided.In short: I recommend the apartment itself, but not the property management company. For a premium property, I expected better responsiveness, flexibility, and guest support.
