Modern and spacious plus the location was ideal

Entrance stairs were very steep but soon got use to them

Gorgeous apartment- the cleanliness was spot on, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms! The location was fantastic, so close to the centre! Brenda was the most welcoming and friendly face to see after a long journey! Super helpful and gave us some great advice! They have a WhatsApp for the apartments and will help you with any queries or questions about local activities and reply quickly! They also have a map linked with lots of suggestions of places to eat, things to see and where they are in relation to the accommodation!

We were fine as we’re both fairly fit and healthy- but there’s a lot of steep stairs to the apartments! Ours was on the top floor so if you have any issues with mobility I would request a lower floor.

The location of the building is perfect for people looking for party vibes and being in the center. At the border of bairro alto. A parking in the front of the building. The employees are very nice and helpful.

The bathroom was covered in mold (even the vent), with stubborn stains and ceiling leaks. The apartment walls had dirt that could be wiped off with a sponge. After drying, the shower water left strange colored stains, making me feel unclean. The shower head was also full of mold. The appliances were old and noisy, the fridge sounded like a washing machine. There was zero soundproofing, noises from the hallway, neighbors, and outside were clearly audible, even full conversations, and the apartment was visible from outside the door. One towel was stained, and I got locked inside when the key jammed in the lock, thankfully, a kind staff member helped me with a screwdriver.
