Old Town' Sunny&Quality

Comfortable apartment, not new but had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. In local area of city. Supermarket, cafes and public transport close by. The host Maria was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Nothing , it was very satisfactory. Only one small disappointment that there was no shower gel and only one hand and bath towel per person. There was a washing machine but who wants to do laundry on holidays!!

Size and clean

The street where the apartment is located, is a litle bit noise.

Maria and her husband are such great hosts by welcoming us in person, and giving us a very nice introduction about Lisbon. Their hospitality and warmness left me a very great impression. We spent 4 nights in Maria’s place, where locates in the center of Lisbon, you could basically walk to all popular site views by foot. Inside the apartment, kitchen and washroom are newly renovated and well-equipped. Overall the room is sparkling clean, cozy and convenient.

However, there are some facts that I’d like to point out for further guests: - The apartment is located in one of the main street of downtown, the tram 28 is passing by downstairs directly, and young people are partying, singing, and talking loudly through the whole night. The brutal fact is the noise overwhelmed us during our stay, even with window closed fully. - There is a fan(which is not so useful in summer time), but no air conditioner in the apartment, the bedroom has no window, so the air flow was indeed a big problem for us. With the window closed (to avoid the noise from the street) during the warm summer time, we had a quite hard time to sleep long and deep. - The building is very old, so we could easily hear people talking and walking upstairs, which kept waking me up every morning. :-( Long story short, if you are not sensitive to noise, I could imagine staying here during winter or not-so-warm weather can be a nice choice.

Lage war gut, alles bestens zu erreichen, leider vor der Haustür in der Straße extrem viel Müll. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und bei Problemen gut zu erreichen.

Küchenausstattung nicht besonders sauber, sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Heizung vorhanden heißt Miniheizlüfter von Zimmer zu Zimmer tragen….
