Cadre verdoyant et très calme, proche du centre ville. Façade de la résidence en pierre superbe. Intérieur moderne. Climatisation dans tout le logement. Confort de la literie. Propreté. Résidence sécurisée.

Le parking privé mais un peu loin du centre-ville
La distance annoncée du centre ville á 900m mais plutôt à 2,5 km à pied c’est chaud surtout avec 450m de montée.. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas et le jardin annoncé non entretenu tables et chaises a nettoyer si vous voulez profiter de l’extérieur La porte communicante avec l’appartement d’à côté, soit disant sécurisée à part quand le client d’à côté l’ouvre à votre grande frayeur !!
