I was given, on request, the only arconditioned room - a very large 4 bedder on the top floor (no lift, so be warned if you have heavy cases). The bed was fine, the aircon essential in the unusual 42 degree days, and the owners friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered standard fare, but mostly homemade. Access to a washing machine and fridge/ crockery etc was helful, especially as the place is not that well located to resaurants if you drink and drive. The place has a slightly dishevelled look about it, but perhaps that's part of its charm.

Absolutely fabulous in every way. Incredibly welcoming hosts. Facilities are outstanding, room was wonderful and the breakfast was divine.
