Great location

Super central location. Close to supermarkets, bakeries and a short 10 min walk into town. Good kitchen amenities.

The shower head had to be handheld as was not attached to the wall. The room didn’t look at all like the photos. Definitely on the smaller side for 3 of us. We didn’t know we had to pay in cash (probably should’ve been more comprehensive reading through property rules) but it just felt kind of weird. Room had a kind of musty smell like it needed to have the windows open for a few days. Also we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days.

Enjoyable

It is an older style apartment - reminds me of my grandparents house! Was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Bathroom was a little on the small size. In a quiet area but a fair walk into town. Supermarket close.

Great apartment to discover Split

Great location, 5 mins walk from the old town but in a quiet back street. Nice restaurants and bars near by that felt less touristy than the main area. Clean apartment with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Better in person than in the photos! Loved the use of the outdoor terrace and thank you to the owner for letting us store our bags on the day we left until we caught our ferry to the islands. 20 mins walk from the forest park and beaches and 15 mins from the ferry port.

The apartament is in a perfect location - in the heart of the beautiful old town, 5 mins from most of the attractions, 15 mins from a beach, and is surrounded by restaurants, caffes etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was really nice and helpful!

Cozy, comfortable and perfect location for a short stay

The location of the apartment is perfect, just 5-10 minutes to the city center promenade and the coast. It was easy to find. The owner was also very nice and helpful, he even managed to organize earlier check-in for us and little bit later check-out, thank you very much for it. The room was clean with all necessary equipment, even iron! Very good value for money, recommendations!

Wi-fi didn't work but we had our own internet, so no woories.

Good value for money

The location was great, kitchenette was fully equipped, it was clean. AC works great. The host was fantastic, very kind, very helpful. Very inexpensive and good overall.

Parking in front of the property is difficult and not suitable for larger cars due to the narrow street leading up to the property, so we had to park farther away. The bathroom was very small and the bathroom sink and shower are very uncomfortable to use as they are tiny. The WI-FI is pretty unusable - very low speed to the point of not loading at all, and you could only connect one device at a time, if you connect a second one, it disconnects the first.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and the attractions of the old town, very comfortable studio with everything you may need for a comfortable stay (kitchenette, washing machine and etc.), free and solid wifi, super cheap public parking 1 minute away from the premises and a great host - quite an awesome combination and hence we would definitely be back on our next travels to Split.

Super trip

We were at Split for 8 days and stay at this apartment, host is the very nice, give us contact to find the best activities, change money and arrange the transfer from the airport. Apartment was very nice and clean, perfect for the price, in center of split and at 5 minutes of the Riva

Amazing location, in a quiet street but 1 minute walking from restaurants etc. The place was just like in the pictures and was really clean. The owner is a great guy who is open for questions etc about split. We had a great stay.

Estaba bien ubicación y teníamos parking a la vuelta. Para dos, quizá si tenes más de una valija es chico. Pero está muy bien en general. Tiene heladerita y escritorio. Bien equipado. Son súper súper amables!! Frane un genio, se preocupaba y era atento.

Nada que ver con las fotos

Estaba cerca del casco antiguo

Camas incómodas, habitación muy pequeña. Las fotos de la aplicación no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Cocina incompleta ( no cafetera , no tostador...), puerta de entrada con cristales y sin persiana, o sea que te despiertas al amanecer. Y lo dejo ya po rque no me cabe más

Mala experiencia

Era para 3 personas no 4, cobraron muy caro y el sofa cama era una gondola. Imposible dormir ahí, y para aparcar fuimos dos kilometros o más, tuvimos q pagar en efectivo, no aceptaba tarjeta con lo cual ,nos quedamos sin dinero

El trato del anfitrión, porque estuvo toda la tarde preguntándome que cuando iba a llegar y de alguna manera senti mucha presión, porque veniamos conduciendo, sin conocer las carreteras y no sabíamos exactamente cuánto íbamos a tardar, el cheking ponia hasta las 12, llegamos a las 11, pero todo no puede ser ganar dinero. Mi marido venía cojo y con su coche donde aparcamos, no tuvo el detalle d acercarnos al apartamento, es verdad que lo quitó de allí para que aparcaremos nosotros pero a 2 km y nos dejo venir andando

Dias fantásticos en Split cerca del centro

La ubicacion y el buen trato de Frane. El depto es nuevo y está en la zona peatonal a la derecha del casco histórico, muy cerca del centro y de la Riva (5 minutos a pie). La comunicacion con Frane fue excelente por whatsapp para coordinar nuestra llegada.

El tamaño de la habitacion. Viajamos con carry on y tuvimos que estar acomodandolos debajo de la cama para poder trasladarnos en la habitación, con valijas se hubiera dificultado.

Muy buen estudio cerca del corazón de split

Excelente ubicacion, departamento muy bien equipado y muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión, q fue súper atento (llegamos tarde a la noche y nos recibió su sobrino personalmente dándonos precisas indicaciones de cómo aparcar el auto en el centro de split)

Tal vez la habitación es un poco pequeña p tres personas.

Værten var urolig hjælpsom. Hjalp med at finde parkering og forlod ikke bilen førend at bilen var parkeret. Der var vildt mange biler

Det havde været rigtig godt hvis der havde været en parkeringsplads lige ved lejligheden.
