Unique Suite Hotel

Otel çalışanları çok kibar ve yardımseverdi, özellikle bayram bey çok yardımcı oldu, arkadaşımın dişçi konusundaki sorununu hemen çözdü ve yönlendirdi bizi. Ayrıca Kahvaltının da fiyata dahil olması gayet güzeldi.

Расположение отеля отличное, несмотря на близость к площади Таксим, отель находится в тихом месте, ночью хорошо отдыхаешь. Кондиционер не включали, потому что была комфортная температура. Мы были с маленьким ребенком, коляска везде проходила без проблем. В номере есть все необходимое, люди в отеле говорят на русском тоже. Был организован трансфер, для нас это было очень конформно. Благодарю за всё!!!

Нет ничего, что не понравилось

Great value for money. Great location, close to all the sights, metro and tonnel station, yet on a quiet street. Lots of local cafes and shops nearby. Very good mattresses, blankets, and pillows. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, shower gel and shampoo, and slippers. The rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast is modest but more than adequate.

Hot water doesn't flow well to the top floor, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. You have to turn on the shower and wait 3-5 minutes for hot water to appear. In one room, the shower head didn't work properly, and the toilet/sink was low to the floor. For us, this wasn't a big deal for the price, but taller people should keep this in mind. The elevator is small, so it's best to ride alone at a time, otherwise you might get stuck if you're tall or overweight.

Je n’ai pas apprécié la chaudière dans la chambre beaucoup de bruit on ne peut pas dormir et les matelas de la chambre ainsi que le canapé lit sont inconfortable
