Taksim Studio Apart

We loved the staff at the property – they were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with everything within easy reach, and the TV having Netflix was a great bonus!

​Prime Location: Just a 7-minute walk to Taksim Square, situated in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. ​Staff & Service: The receptionists and housekeeping crew were excellent, always responsive, and eager to help. ​Spacious Setup: Perfect for our group of 8 adults. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment with a living room, alongside a separate studio apartment (bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom).

​Accessibility: Located on the 3rd floor with no elevator and narrow, tight stairs. ​Maintenance & Comfort: Bathrooms had initial issues and seemed unprepared for check-in (though reception fixed them promptly). The main bedroom lacks air conditioning, and the provided water-cooling fan was inefficient and uncomfortable. The mattresses sagged significantly, and the living room seating was outdated and worn. ​Power Outages: Electricity cut out twice during our stay. The first occurred on our arrival day due to a short circuit in one of the sockets. The second happened on our final night—making it a truly miserable experience. ​Unprofessional Management & Communication: The situation was made far worse by the hotel manager’s attitude. During the final outage, he initially stated the power would be back in an hour, only to change it to 8 hours later. Furthermore, when we politely requested a late check-out after a 13-night stay due to a late flight, his WhatsApp response was exceptionally rude, dry, and devoid of basic customer service etiquette. ​Extra Fees: They charged an extra €20 just to store our luggage after check-out, communicated in the same harsh and unwelcoming tone. ​Verdict: While the space and location are decent, and the reception and housekeeping staff are excellent, the management completely lacks basic customer care skills. Between the physical discomfort, recurring power issues, and harsh communication, I cannot recommend staying here and would not return.

Housekeeping is the only issue I have with this property throughout my stay no shit or nothing was changed, but they had been expired extra sheets in the wardrobe
