Probably in winter is better not so hot

Location

Noisy from the street No ac or fan very hot so you can’t close the window but leaving it open bring you lots of mosquitos and noisy from the busy street

Clean great location charming and lots of character. Carefully maintained

Formerly an apartment is it not sound proof,so you can hear every guest whenever they come in and out . Bed is hard, uncomfortable pillows and toilet is outside the room across the entrance hall.

Great location, great host, very good breakfast. Location cannot be beaten. Right in the center!

One room has difficult access to the batchroom, very narrow stairs and good bath, but showering has to be done seated in the bathtub.

La posizione, sebbene lontana dal mare

Stanza (diversa da quella delle foto apparse sul sito al momento della prenotazione): pavimento con comunissime mattonelle esagonali inizio 900, priva di aria condizionata, mobilio anni 50, materasso a molle. Bagno: piccolissimo (un metro e mezzo per un metro e mezzo circa - ingresso nella doccia difficoltoso), ceramiche anni 80. Colazione: macchina del caffè, fetta biscottata in confezione trasparente e ciotoline di marmellata. Il parcheggio per l'auto è quello pubblico, diversamente da quanto indicato dal sito all'atto della prenotazione.

Sempre bello soggiornare in località marina nel periodo invernale per godersi la temperatura piacevolmente tiepida.

La collocazione in edificio storico, nel centro antico con vista sul cortile del museo diocesano.

La difficoltà nell’aprire la finestra, l’impianto elettrico che è da rivedere, l’odore proveniente probabilmente dalla fognatura.

Bellissima vacanza

La posizione è ottima, la gentilezza della signora Germana. La pulizia della stanza, letto comodissimo! Ti svegli e inizi la giornata con un buon caffè, la camera è dotata di macchina del caffè, frigo, marmellate e fette biscottate.

Soggiornare in una torre nel centro storico.... Non ha prezzo!!!

Partiamo dal fatto che Albenga ha un centro storico che difficilmente troverete altrove in Liguria. Racchiuso nelle sue mura, con torri antiche e vicoli che sembra un labirinto... Bellissimo! E qui viene il bello, perché io, mia moglie e la nostra cagnolina abbiamo passato una settimana di vacanza proprio in una di queste torri!! La nostra stanza era proprio all' interno della torre Cepollini, e già questo vale la vacanza! La stanza incredibilmente fresca di giorno e di notte, senza bisogno di condizionatori o ventilatore considerando che era la settimana di ferragosto e temperature alte! Molto spaziosa, letto confortevole e bellissima l'apertura nel muro che porta nel bagno su due livelli. Vasca idromassaggio posta in alto in un grazioso ambiente con pietre e mattoni a vista, romanticissimo! Sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo, un esperienza che bisogna provare! Tutto molto pulito ovviamente. La signora che lo gestisce è simpaticissima e molto gentile, ci ha accolti come persone di famiglia e ogni giorno ci chiedeva come andava e di cosa avevamo bisogno. Complimenti x la gestione!! Se avremo occasione di ritornare ad Albenga sappiamo dove andare! Consiglio assolutamente questo B&B, specialmente a chi ama la storia del nostro bel paese! A presto!

Très décevant

L'emplacement

- Il faisait très froid dans la chambre et la salle de bain ( à peu près 12 degrés). Le chauffage était très faible en journée et ne fonctionnait pas la nuit. Nous étions obligés de nous laver très rapidement alors que nous avions pris une chambre avec jacuzzi. Nous avons dormi avec des pulls et des chaussettes . C'etait tres inconfortable. Compte tenu du prix de la chambre (130 euros la nuit) c'est inadmissible. La deuxième nuit le chauffage à été maintenu suite à notre demande et un chauffage d'appoint à été apporté pour la salle de bain malgré tout très froide . - le lieu est presenté comme un bed and breakfast or aucun petit déjeuner n'est servi le matin. Il y a juste 4 biscottes dans un sachet posées dans la chambre et un petit pot en plastique de confiture industrielle. Rien ne nous a été apporté pour le deuxième petit déjeuner et le stock n'a pas été renouvelé du coup si vous restez 2 nuits ne manger pas vos 4 biscottes d'un coup sinon vous n'aurez rien à grignoter en vous levant. Quoi qu'il en soit il est preferable d'aller prendre un petit déjeuner digne de ce nom à l'extérieur. Je suggère au propriétaire de supprimer la mention breakfast car c'est mensongé. - La personne qui nous a accueilli n'a pas respecté le montant de la taxe séjour indiqué sur booking et elle n'a rien voulu savoir. - un espace privé donc non louable était occupé jour et nuit par un monsieur qui fumait dans le salon commun alors que c'est un espace non fumeur. - il y a une caméra dans le salon commun et cela n'est pas signalé. - Enfin le jour de notre départ l'hôte est arrivé à 8h30 (un 1er janvier) pour nous faire partir alors qu'elle nous avait fixé un check out à 11h. Ça a été une expérience très désagréable, nous n'avons même pas eu le temps de prendre une douche rapide. L'hôte était sans gêne et est restée plantée dans le salon pendant que nous préparions nos affaires.

Déception

L'emplacement était parfait et nous avons aimé le style ancien authentique de l'appartement

Le manque de communication de l'hôte, et des problèmes rencontrés : 1 / nous avions reservé trois chambres et les taxes demandées n'étaient pas les mêmes d'une chambre à l'autre (nous avons demandé des explications à l'hôte et sa réponse n'a pas été cohérente - c'est évidement plus une question de principe que de quelques euros) 2 / nous avions signalé la présence de notre petit chien lors de notre réservation n'ayant pas vu d'indication sur l'annonce. A notre arrivée l'hôte nous a demandé 8 eu par nuit. On aurait préféré être informé du coût supplémentaire 3 / la première nuit le chauffage a été totalement coupé la nuit. Nous avons eu très froid et après avoir réclamé le chauffage a été mis en route pour la 2ème nuit 4 / un espace privé était occupé par un Monsieur fumeur. Quand nous l'avons croisé nous avons préféré fermer à clefs les portes de nos chambres 5 / le jour de notre départ (le 1er janvier) l'hôte est venue à 8h30 se "planter" dans le salon commun aux chambres en nous mettant littéralement à la porte à 11h00. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de prendre une douche et elle nous regardait prendre notre petit déjeuner, créant une gêne très désagréable, prétextant que les chambres étaient reloueées, ce qui était assez improbable un lendemain de réveillon. Quoiqu'il en soit, nous étions prêts à respecter l'heure des départs à 11h. Le problème n'était pas là. C'est seulement l'attitude sans gêne de l'hôte qui nous a étonné.
